Still, her fraccion faced the General Commander. Although he said he would burn them just a little, they were supposed to be out of the story. They looked pretty lively to me though...

Everyone keep in mind this is NOT a drawing of Kubo's, it is FANART. A very well drawn piece of fanart, but fanart nonetheless. If you actually look close enough, especially on Ichigo's face in the pic, you can tell, while similar, it is NOT Kubor's drawing. Features look too widely spaced, and it's not an an angle for that to occur.

Neither Halibel nor Grimmjow were ever categorized as "dead" on the bleach wiki. I've been waiting for him to show up. I hope he has a second release form or at least a slightly augmented one that makes him more powerful than when he faced Ichigo.

But a lot of Bleach fans mistook it for Kubo Tite's artwork due to the similarity in style, when it appeared together with a small collection for fanart and colored manga pages on MangaStream's recent Bleach chapter scanlation.
