I'll say this is pretty much how it feels like in the process of animation...The guy in this gif is not me, he was my teammate during the graduation project , his desk is always crawling with ants,and they all disappear in nowhere..then come back again...

yes, when i look at this i too, become a skeleton,
then an eye bleeding character from happy tree friends,
followed by that rabbit from the wreck it Ralph 2 trailer,
which then i promptly scream "nuns, reverse" three times,
then proceed to have my eyes turn to stars,
become the shocked bunny from the wreck it Ralph once more,
and finally, write my own anime and put in fan-service.

There's so much happening at different intervals and speeds!

I hereby declare we start a hugpile for Mask (and ostensibly for all the animators passionate for and dedicated to their choice of media; but Mask especially). People tend to forget how much effort tends to go into just a few seconds of animated motion, and this piece vividly captures the thankless drudgery that so accompanies the process involved in bringing things to life.
There are a lot of neat little details in here (those 'blink-and-you-miss them' moments) : the little metal tongue drum playing in the background, the glowing pentagram, the rising and falling sun, even the little ants you mentioned that 'harrassed' your teammate during your graduation project. Little details like this do make one come back to watch a piece over and over again; those are little things you don't outright have to do, but we appreciate them so much when they're included. Thank you. :3
That said, you've put in a lot of work over the past few months, and we thank and admire you for all of it. If you ever need to take a break to focus on one of the bigger projects you've got on the back burner, don't be afraid to tell us so. I'm confident folks here will understand.
