I love the picture! The eyes and face are very captivating!
My only curious thought was that the right side (my right, her left) of the yellow dress should have been perhaps a little more sharply arched or something.

Looks pretty cool, i like the double black and white outline, it helps it stand out even more... and as for the fingers i think it helps it look a bit more stylized

Very nice! A bit of hopefully helpful criticism- You may want to study hands a bit. Fingers don't usually have a straight gap between them that's quite that wide.
Other than that, good work! Keep it up.
