As I was observing other's art and skimming through Youtube tutorials once again, this was the result of my FRANTIC quest to establish my anime artstyle during the past few days, with the first two girls having the best outcome, IMO.Here's the order in which I actually DREW these girls:
Not surprising, as you see from the order I made them, the improvements are obvious, which I'm become more and more confident in these drawings.
All designs are of course originals (though I think the first girl unintentionally looks like a space version of Tifa Lockhart xDDDD)

Sure, when I feel I've comfortably mastered anime, I'll perhaps make a tutorial like I did for M&L + TLH.
Also, I know you do traditional art, but I would investing in a Wacom drawing tablet, (the cheapest is about $80), since you can really expand your options when it comes to digital art.
