Description
Prince Mephistopheles
Mephistopheles, or "Mephy" for short, is one of the three Prince's of the Underneath. Long ago when the great war happened and the king of the underneath reigned unmatched, the underworld was a horrendous nightmare full of chaos. It was then that the king raged war upon those of Paradise and the light that ruled them. Details of the war are unknown, as they have been lost in time, though what is known is that the light tore the king into thirds. This was to be sure the rule over the underneath was fair and just.
The Underneath is now separated into three parts of which each Prince watches and maintains. They all work together to assure the Underneath remains in their control.
Well. For the most part.

Weapon: Mephy wields an overly large double-bladed scythe called "Attenuo", something the prince himself has deemed to be it's label. He claims the weapon's actual name is too much of a mouthful, so Attenuo will have to do. The Attenuo scythe is capable of snapping into two, breaking into a versatile representative of a kusarigama [chain sickle]. The staff is made up of a rugged material, hard like that of bone, and the blade itself holds mysteries as it appears jet black, but peered into light it shows a purple hue. Mephy is known to keep the scythe intact. The real fight doesn't begin until Attenuo snaps in two.
Reserved | Responsible | Cold | Instinctive | Irritable | Curt
He is not as abrasive or as out-right than that of Gorgo, but he shifts away from ever being as sweet as Beherit. Mephistopheles is seen as the quiet, reserved and responsible brother, though he is also someone who isn't afraid to show off a stingy and curt attitude if provoked. He doesn't take others lightly for the matter, not even his so said brothers. He's often known to turn his back on them and those that has disappointed him with that of a silent treatment and cold shoulders, and sometimes icy looks from the multiple eyes embed in his body. With little patience for errors and child's play, he's easy to work up if you aren't careful. Attempting to crawl under his skin irks him, and he won't last until someone (more or less Gorgo) ends up having their feelings hurt. Or worse. Given time though, he will eventually forgive and forget. Mephy runs on instincts, going with "gut-feelings" and hardly ever stirring from those decisive measures. He's very good with taking in everything into consideration, though in the end, it's his gut-feeling that matters in his assumptions.
Fun Facts:
- Mephistopheles is a bit insecure of himself. He often wears robes to cover himself up; on better days though he might show off some skin.
-He's hard to distract. Once he sets his mind on something, he'll becoming extremely focus on completing that one thing and tune everything around him out. Not even the rest of his eyes will catch you doing something.
-His hair reaches past his shoulder blades.
-Venturing out of his comfort zone isn't a strong-suit for him.
-Much like his brother Gorgo, he has a taste for violence and torture. Though, he wouldn't admit to that; that would just ruin his whole "formal" and humble composure, wouldn't it?
