As some of you may be aware, I am not at all a fan of the Omniverse ultimates. And the Ultimate Grey Matter is at the time of my hate list. IT'S A GREY, TRICLOPTIC MODOK FOR PETE'S SAKE! Anyway, this here is my Ultimate Grey Matter.
In addition to his original powers, my Ultimate Grey Matter possesses the ability to fire a nuero-beam from the fin on his forehead, Intuitive Aptitude , Perspicuity , Minor Technopathy , enhanced strength (by Galvan standards; he's about as strong as the average human), and has incredible acrobatic skills.
Also, he is a full three inches taller.

So he's a smart, small, laser shooting Shark Boy? Not my first choice but cool. I honestly like the M.O.D.O.K. version. But, this is an improvement.

Grey Matter is not the only, did not notice that the Ultimate versions of UA in OV have a quite horrendous and evil design? I think the design of the ultimate versions OV, because they are used by Albedo with his evil Onmitrix, if the supreme versions are used by Ben, I think it would have a more heroic appearance. Something similar case to the time runners from the old Fox kids's anime "Flint: The time detective"

if when you create a ultimate version for some alien, you can put in two versions, used by Ben with a more heroic and evolved design, and used by Albedo, with a malignant and mutant design.

I'll give an example, compares Ben's Ult. Humungousaur of UA with Albedo's Ult. Humungosaur of OV, Albedo's version obviously has everything that has a genetic mutation, has more spikes than the original, metals breaking the skin from within, metal protruding veins, and of course the Ultimatrix symbol clutching chest with metal claws.
