Personality:
James is the classic boy stubborn and impulsive. likes to have fun and joke. Although it is being stubborn always thinks of others before it in, and will always try to protect them.
He likes to fight, for a way to prove who has the strength to protect others, but this usually make more problems. He never gives up and he wants be better.
him often have troubles but always him can fix it with his partner digimon.
History:
James lived his life in an apartment in New York, with a family that was perfect, lived with his parents and his older brother, being the baby of the family.
his life was perfect, did not live badly and always trying to be together.
but one day his parents have a car accident in wich they died. James and his brother changed their lives and went to live in Japan with some old friends of his parents to let them live with them.
Although he felt totally sad but he knew that life goes on, so he promised himself that he never surrender, and that would protect both his brother and his new family and friends. One day out of school james saw some bullies hurting one of his friends, him not hesitate and faced they and although wounded managed to protect his friend, later that same day back to his house he saw something moving in a alley, he went to investigate, he saw a shadow leap to him, when the "thing" and he start to talk, james know that kentomon and him will be good friends.

ok, you said you wanted my opinion on your digimon so here it is.
I LOVE you're overall look. Obviously you're going to a kistune - into a ninetails theme. Omg foxes <3 *has a fan-girl moment* He's looking really good too. The style is clean, and you can see his features transition over very smoothly. The only thing I would say is this, don't be afraid to go even further with your details.
You're last 3 evolutions look very similar to each other. I think the only thing I'd add is between your champion & ultimate, try some more detailing into the padding and armor plates so they look more different from each other. You may even want to consider adding the transition of the silver from the mega form into some parts of your ultimate.
That's it. Everything else- AWESOME! I envy the way you can draw animal faces so easily- I always have issues with noses and eyes. I always make mine look so flat!XD
