Cyborg/Modified Physiology - Vilgax is barley organic and is more machine, he is heavily modified with new technologies of many generations that passed, his arms are made of Galvanic Mechamorph based technology, he can create metal liquid tentacles that are very strong, shapeshift them into weapons like an energy cannon or blaster, energy weapons like sword or battle axe, create energy shields and forcefields

Enhanced Strength - Vilgax is way stronger than he was 200 years ago, he has the strength to go toe to toe against Waybig, Atomix and even SunPower, cause powerful earthquakes that can even expand an entire city

Nigh-Invulnerability - Vilgax has practically become an unstoppable juggernaut, he is outfitted with different kinds of cybernetic metals, he can withstand 10 nuclear warheads without a scratch, even a small planet explosion barely affects him now

Enhanced Endurance/Stamina - Vilgax’s endurance and stamina has increased by his modifications at insane levels, he can endure the heat of the sun, and never tires out due to being a cyborg, and according to himself “it was his will, hatred, anger and vengeance against the Tennyson Bloodline and the heroes that made him ignore the physical abuse”

Accelerated Healing/Regeneration - with Galvanic Mechamorph technology and being injected with microscopic nanobots (that was based on the late legendary Rex Salazar’s nanites), Vilgax can heal and regenerate his technological parts and leftover organic parts

Technology Manipulation - Vilgax can manipulate technology with the nanobots in him, similar to the late and legendary Rex Salazar, but on an advanced and higher level

Energy Manipulation - Vilgax can manipulate, control and generate energy from his cyborg body, he can emit energy wave attacks, emit energy beams and orbs, enhanced his physical attacks with energy, he can emit optic energy beams from his eyes

Sharp Blades - the blades on his mechamorph arms are highly sharp as it can cleanly cut through anything even the armor of Prypiatosian-B

Backstory: In the 21st Century of the year 2075, Vilgax’s last battle against the Old Heroes United and their children who are adults took place in his ship that was almost close to a dying star that was about to go supernova, at that time Vilgax’s appearance has become noticeably cybernetic due to his many returns and defeat by the heroes. After the combined from Ben and Ken’s respective Atomix forms, Danny and his twins Ecto-Beams, Jake and his son and daughter’s fire breath attacks, Rex’s energy cannon build and his daughter’s sonic attacks that Vilgax was defeated and the heroes teleported away just as the ship was engulfed by the supernova. Vilgax by a miracle survived, but he was in fatal state, his lower torso and legs are gone, his left arm also gone and his lower right arm gone also, the only thing that is left is his upper body and head that remains, Psyphon (who at the time had cybernetic parts implants) saved Vilgax on the escape pod and took him one of his secret locations on a random moon. Because of his state, Psyphon put Vilgax in a healing/stasis pod and began healing him with a healing liquid to save his life, throughout the many years that passed for 200 years, Psyphon transplanted his brain in a robot body (don’t ask him how he did because even he didn’t know on how he did it) and used highly advanced technology to implant them in Vilgax. 200 years has passed and Vilgax has finally awakened 23rd Century, now with a powerful advance cyborg body, Vilgax has had enough and decides to forget the Omnitrix and instead wants to kill the Tennyson Bloodline and destroy the earth to spit on Ben’s grave and the only thing stopping him is this centuries Heroes United
