Backstory: This New Dimension Prime is the result after crisis and rebooting the Multiverse, not only this new dimension prime was formed but it is also the combination of the heroes respective worlds to accommodate this new prime timeline and rewritten it as they always live in the same universe along with a few pieces from other worlds, like cities, locations and people, for example Adrenaland, Atlantis, Hartman City, Go City, Bueno Nacho, Nasty Burger, Mrs.Milkshake, J.Wyatt Avenue replaced McDuffie Street and several others. There are now several earth defense organization that now live in this new world, the most notable being the Plumbers, Global Justice, and Providence in which three of these organizations are allies. Not only is this new universe was formed but so are all others, a new multiverse was formed, there are many variations of this world that is similar yet different, like a zombie version, vampire hunter version, cyberpunk version, cartoon version, and many others, there are also others worlds that were destroyed in crisis from the old multiverse are brought back that is the same but also different, like the Mad Dimension that is the same along with Mad Ben only now there is a Mad Kim, Mad Danny, Mad Rex and Mad Jake where all five of them are rulers of there respective lands and are at war with each other, there are also new worlds that replaced the old worlds from the old multiverse that were destroyed in crisis, like New Dimension 23 where it is no longer the home of Ben 23 nor does he and that world exist any more, New Dimension 23 is reality where a version of Ben, Kim, Danny, Rex and Jake are celebrities though there is an Omnitrix Wielder, Phantom, and Dragon that do exist, Kim’s cousin Joss Possible is a hero like New Prime Kim, and Noah Nixon in this reality has Rex’s Powers instead of this world’s Rex. Same reason goes to other future timelines like Jade White who still exist in this new multiverse except it is only a different Jade White who does wield the Omnitrix but doesn’t has psychic powers and her future isn’t in ruins, she also has blonde hair, Jackson Stone and his timeline no longer exist and a new future timeline replaced his world.
