In reallity, she is an undercover agent whose mission is to investigate the strange magic incidents which often happens in Iona School. Actually, she really loves her job as teacher, because as child, she always wanted to be a teacher to make her students smarter. She really loves it, if pupils with bad grades become better and smarter than before. She really loves children, so that's why.
