It by design.  It's a more mature, sexy Amy Rose. I was a little unsure at first if it would come out well, but I think it came out pretty good!

In addition to describing someone's" advance mental and emotional capacity Mature" can also be used to describe someone's physical older appearance, in which the latter I was inferring to.
