Description He saw her through the window. She had looked just like the way she had when he left. Her black hair braided ever so carefully. Her eyes holding a soft glance. To somebody of close mindedness, she was just another Native American injun, but to him, she was the most beautiful woman in the world. Her home seemed empty, for some reason. No husband to fill in the other side of her bed. He felt sorry for her, but also happy at the same time. He slowly made his way inside, without letting her see him in his monsterous form. He loved her too much to let her see him that way.

When he cam in, he saw her move away from from her plants, and over to her bedroom. She slowly inched over to her bed, and for the first time in his life, he saw her cry for nothing. He saw her shed tears without anybody harming her. She just sat up straight in her bed just purely crying. Seeing this made him want to cry. Yet, he couldn't even cry with her, for he had no eyes. It wasn't until then that he heard why she was crying "I miss you, Caolan." She sniffed. "Imiss you so much!" She finally dropped her head to her hands.

For one remarkable moment he couldn't believe she was now crying for him. Not only had Caolan never heard his real name in the longest time, but for some odd reason, he had felt like he must have somehow forgotten it in that time. He never thought about it. He always cried for her, and her misery, but now her misery was caused by him. Never was it his intention to cause her to shed tears. What had he done to himself? He thought he had become what he was to help Mildred, and protect her, but much to his surprise, he was causing her more grief.

Slowly, he knelt down to her normal human hieght, where he stood far too tall the was humanly possible. He pulled her hands away from her face, and gazed into her deep brown eyes. He then started speaking to her, knowing that she could not hear. I love you, Mildred." He said with great sadness in his voice. "I really do love you." He said getting closer, than he kissed her softly, knowing she would feel nothing. He then whispered in her ear. "I have always loved you." With that, she had somehow calmed down, like she had been cleared of all grievances. A look of confusion arose on her face, like she had not known what had really happened. She saw nobody, felt nobody, heard nobody, yet she was suddenly overcome with happiness. It was as if he was right here with her.

She grinned with the feeling of love in her heart. When Caolan saw her smile, he felt like it was happiest moment of his life. All the troubles seemed to dissappear from his lovers mind. There were no bullies, there was no parental figures, or bed times, or grief. There was only him and Mildred. She had kept her smile, and laid down in bed, so Caolan had decided to lay down next to her. He carefully entwined her frail body in his arms, and started to fall asleep. For the first time in his life and after life, he was finally at ease with his love in his arms.

Here is a picture out of my extremely long story that I am working on. It is a one shot, but a very long one shot. My one shot explains the story of slenderman. It tells about how he became what he is, why he calls himself slenderman, how he grew up, who he knew, his first friend, the first few enemies he ever had, the person he fell in love with, why he wears a suit, why he spend his time in the woods, and a few other things, (the big circle with a cross, the white dolls, his lack of face, etc.)

Here he is with his first friend. The one who caused him to become a monster. He became a monster just for her. To show her how much he loved her. One of the reasons he takes young children is because of her. She didn't mean to turn him into a monster, and doesn't know he is one. Everything that he does is connected back to his relationship with her.

Now, I know that this isn't the official origin of slenderman, and niether is the one shot that I will write. To be honest, there really isn't an origin for him. The forumn that created him never gave him a background, and if there is one thing that my friends know, it's that I live to give characters backgrund stories. It's my anti drug.

Anyway, this is the girl that he was forbidden as a teenager to date. Her parents didn't like him (when he was alive) and his parents never approved of her either. It was a match of abomination to their parents. She is probably the only one that slenderman hates to see in pain. The thing is he has never seen anybody in as much pain as she was in. They grew up together from elementary school, into high school. This is slenderman remembering his love. He has already ran away, and become a monster. This is him along his travels hunting for prey.

For everybody to know, Caolan (slenderman's human name Caolan is Irish Gealic translating into a slender man) never appears to Mildred as a monster. He comes back every few years and restores his facial features, so she is unaware that he is slenderman. He chooses not to tell her, frightened that she would never love him again. This picture is a resemblance of them remembering each other. Also I have heard many times that slenderman chooses whether or not to be seen. Perhaps instead of simply remembering, this is him coming to her invisible, and kissing her knowing that he is living a lie. He cannot stay with her, even in his human form. He must always find new prey and must always travel.

Well, I'm working on it. I'm sure there are many variations of how slenderman came to be. My personal story is not meant to be the official origin of slenderman. It's just my take on how he might have come to be. you know. Just one of those things. I have yet to choose a time period in particular, though I am considering doing it in a time period of the 1920's. Perhaps I will be doing it in an earlier time I think. Like in the 1890's. Oh, and by the way, I made a picture of what i think Slenderman looks like when he was alive. [link]

Well, what would you like to see? I have a few ideas. Would you like to see the part where he transformes from Caolan, to Slenderman, or would you like to see what he looked like as human, or do you have any other ideas?

I'm going to put him at a young age where his friendship with Mildred was at it's peak. He became slenderman at a young age. I think he'll actually "become" slenderman at age seventeen. Also what time period do you think slenderman is actuallt from? I hear he is like from thousands of years ago, but I also think that there are multiple slendermen. For example the one mentioned in ancient germany was born in his own time period. Same thing for ours. Our version of the modern day slenderman was born a little closer to our time. I'm thinking perhaps in the 1890's?

I decided on the 1920's. It's close enough to our time frame to explain how he is not as popular as other monsters, but gives him enough time to explain all the sightings of him in pictures.

Don't worry. Eventually they get their chance. just so you know, in the picture, she can't see him. He never reveals himself to her, when he is in his true form. He is allowed to reveal himself only to the people of his choice. Only if he chooses to though. He must concentrate to be seen.

Tell me how my mirror picture of slenderman looks. I feel it hasn't done slenderman any artistic justice.
