That's really an amazing piece. Your explanation of how you put it together makes it all the more wonderful.

Is it tough making these shrinking women? Cause it looks a little difficult.

It is simple once you get the hang of it. I first cut the subject from the printed picture using scissors and a hobby knife for hard to reach areas. It doesn't need to be perfect. Then with a camera and light source I can take multiple pictures and pick the best. With shadows and interaction already in place all I need to do is clean up the areas I missed cutting. The best tool is a soft clone stamp which is common in most software. As you can see the need for advanced photomanipulation is removed, making collages with tiny subjects easier for the photoediting novice.

My apologies for not explaining my process. This in fact a single photo. Instead of inserting her digitally the subject is a physical piece of paper (similar to a paper child). This brings the photomanipulation to a minimum with natural shadowing. In the original her right leg is curled beneath and in hindsight you are correct. The perspective is off. Thank you for your critique.

She's hot looking and seems to enjoy her size.
