Of course, very quiet and reserved but not because he wants to be. He has enjoyed being the voice of the party, loud and brash, but the ability was taken away from him years ago so he stables himself in silence. He'll try and shelter anyone he grows partial to, becoming quickly overprotective to the point of smothering but it's only because he's steeped in the guilt of not being able to protect someone he loved.
He has a big heart, but there are a lot of obstacles in his path to feeling comfortable enough to let himself love another person. So why not start by learning to love and appreciate animals like horses?
