Carol has always been one of my favorite Toris in the Torimori community.
Such a sweetheart. I'm so happy he got Tori of the Month! 
His design has always made me think of those classic newspaper boys running around selling a paper, so I had to draw him as such. XP He does deliver letters after all.
Background may not be as snazzy as I'd like though I had a lot of fun with the eyes. Such a lovely design. Carol belongs to the great PoppyWolfMoon
Torimoris are the bat birbs out of Alisenokmice 's head.
