If you're using 3ds Max, I can help you with that, I use Poser and 3ds Max all the time, but I don't upload much of it. Still, I've spent much time on setting up VrayFastSSS2 material, along with getting realistic reflections on eyes etc. and I like the resaults. Have my own 3d asian girl too, that's why I like your art very much

Good work. I dont know if its just me, but i feel the reflections a bit strange, maybe because the glass is reflecting and refracting at the same time. A bit more work on the lighting would add more depth to the image, making it look a lot better.

Modeling looks really fine. I would work more whit lightning. Sometimes just HDRI is not good enough.
