Breed: pegasus

Nicknames: Coby, CC, Cio

Occupation: Weather pony, specializes in spring weather and planting season weather

Talent: "bringing in spring"

Personality: CC comes off as sweet to other ponies, but people she's close to know that she's got a bit of a reckless streak. She's been known to fly directly into storms if they get too intense, so she can fix things, but she ends up getting hurt, she's ok with injuries though. She loves flying in the rain, and cruising on wind currents. She hates walking, and will fly on to the point of exhaustion and to the point of injury. (she's sprained her wings a total of 5 times) CC loves her job, especially when she's allowed to make storms, but she usually just goes around, checking on rain, and preventing drought. She's a huge scatterbrain. CC owns a garden of flowers, and is extremely protective of them(they're like her babies). CC hates her name, so she is always called CC. Sometimes when she needs to remember stuff, she puts colored bands on her hooves.

Hobbies: making lists, crafting, watering flowers. (she owns a special greenhouse in cloudsdale. nobody but her is allowed inside.)

Cutie Mark Story: CC lived in Cloudsdale since she was a filly, and she's always been intrigued with the weather. When she wasn't in school, she would tag along with her mother in the weather factory, where she worked on rain and fog. When she was a little older, her mother signed her up to be in a group for young pegasai called the Weather Scouts, which was a group that let fillies help out with weather management. She stayed in the group for a whole year and nothing eventful happened until winter wrap up. During wrap up, the Weather Scouts took a field trip to the ground to show them how weather affected the towns on the ground. When the day was finally done, the Scouts looked out at the sight of fresh blooming flowers and lush scenery. CC felt inspired upon seeing the beauty of spring.
