Sure!
When you've finished the work you have to merge all layers, and then duplicate three times, then go to blending options of the last layerΒ -->gyazo.com/7263e9b7744ab651da3eβ¦
go to channels and remove G and B.
Do the same thing with the second duplicated layer and remove R only. When you've done all this thing you can move the layers to create this effect! I hope you will understand all without problems!
