Description Saw a similar design to this in a DnD comic I saw online, and felt inspired.
I achieved the atmospheric effects for the background using the "Hair" blending brush on Autodesk Sketchbook, dragging the brush from a central point of color in order to give it the smokey, strand-y effect I achieved.
Regardless, I thought it was cool.
