So if anyone else were to draw their own version of this species (their own species meaning drawing their Oc in is species form) could we/they be allowed to draw them with breasts? Even if they have to write "fake breasts" as if they had surgery? (Just wondering)

I can't say for sure cause I'm not the owner of the species, but I'd guess they wouldn't be allowed.
It's kinda the whole point of the females to not have breasts and be stereotypically sexualized.

But you'd have to ask the species owner to get the right answer.
