I love bearded vultures

I've always wanted to try create a character based on the design of a bearded vulture, and I got to admit I'm super happy with how I did this one! 
It turned out way better than I was expecting. Also this is my new soft-shading style, which looks nice and it's very quick to do~Also forgive the crappy tattoo, my designs are a little rusty...
Originally, if people didn't take to this character very well I was going to sell him off, but after I was left along with my brain for like 5 minutes I've decided to keep him regardless 
His name is Baltimore (like the city but never been HA...) and he sort of lives in the same world as D (another character of mine ). His personality isn't 100% yet but he's definitely a badass, he's witty, a bit maniacal but very protective and has one of those "heart's of gold" I guess. Also he is pansexual and polyamorous, so different people can ship their characters with him for fun of course he'll have a human face for less awkward cuddles and stuff, but I'll draw that a bit later. He's not a slut, so please ASK before any shippings.

I'm glad you like it! It's one of my favs too! My new soft shading style is definitely more of a 'painted' kind of look to it, which is weird cause I actually find that easier to do than cell-shaded. (less precision I guess).

Yes I did try some different stuff in this pic, I'm glad you noticed ;v; and yes his eyes are glowing a little bit. I don't think that's something that he can do but it definitely looks badass~

She's not exactly a princess herself (She is a whore/slut before she was kicked out).
Plus, I could see Annebelle (The jellyfish) climbing on him because that's just how she is.

Haha, surprisingly, she is. :'D I wrote up a lil' bit about her some time ago:
Evelyn is a twat, to say the least. She's never been the type of girl to lend a helping hand or to pitch in when the time came. Instead, she manipulated, conned, and demanded her family, friends, and ex-boyfriends to buy her the things she wants; and usually, she always got away with it.
After several years of living the spoiled lifestyle, her family decided on a whim to cut her out of the family assets, and kick her out of her wealthy homested, leaving her to fend on her own with whatever amount of money she had on hand. True, she had quite a bit, ranging in the hundred of thousands, but that soon quickly faded away with her expensive tastes in hand-bags, and luxerious hotel stays. Once she was left dry, she relied upon her sexuality to get around in this new lifestyle.
One morning after her sexual affair with a regular, she awoke to a stray jellyfish upon her head, named Annebelle. Annebelle was a sweetheart, the complete opposite of who Eve was. She had always lived a humble life, never really having money to her name, but surviving with her kindness and generosity. Eve, who was avid about her hair, clearly didn't appreciate this 'scum' upon her, and demanded Anne begone from her. Alas, Anne did not move, and insisted to stay perched upon her head.
Countless months passed, and Eve continued her street life inorder to survive, with Anne right with her. Though, Anne disapproved of her lifestyle, she show compassion, and love to Eve through her happy high-pitched squeels. Before long, Eve started to adjust to her, though never openly admitting how much she appreciated Anne for being there since no one else really was.
Eve's and Anne's relationship is one that is unique to them, with Anne being supportive and hopeful that Eve will learn to be humble and appreciative of what she has, in hopes that maybe her family will accept her back into their life. Eve, however, still a long ways away from being that of a princess, slowly is learning the rights and wrongs of life, and where she has destroyed what is most important; money...er, family.

That is certainly quite a story. I wonder how Annebelle just randomly appeared like that.
Though my question is; is Eve still shallow and uncaring? Cause I know Balti is tough as nails and somewhat self-absorbed but he still has a definite kindness to him, he does actually care about people. I was just wondering cause I'm wondering if those two would actually get along?

She can still be shallow and uncaring, but now that Annebelle is in her life, she tends to think about the choices she makes.
Though she still does a lot of things for self-absorbed reasons. (i.e, not be a responsible person and spend her money gambling rather then paying bills).
I'm still developing the backstory for Annebelle.
So far, all I have really is that she is an orphan.

I mean, it has a lot of wonders, but it does have a high crime rate.
The inner harbour is probably it's best attribute.

What I like about it, personally, is knowing that about 15-30 minutes away is Washington D.C.
Which is pretty sweet.
It also is where our National Anthem (You know that Star Spangled Banner song) was created.

I can imagine it's be a bit awkward, then again I think that about all animal faces.
I personally prefer to use human faces cause I find them most attractive, and a lot easier to do with kisses and other stuff.

True, squeeling and glomping probably would be kinda cute with a bird face, though Bearded Vultures are pretty badass birds so being all squeely may look a bit strange for such a bird :L
