This is pretty good for nothing special. I like how you did the background, the mountain and the snow especially.
You need to work on perspective and shading, if you want a bit of critic. I know this is just practicing and that's why I'm guessing you would want some constructive critics as well. On the perspective part, I'm talking about his right arm. It looks off. You might be able to fix this with shading and some more lineart, maybe. Highlights and a bit more shading on the fur would make it look a bit more realistic as well

I know that very well, every day i see amazing fan arts, and every day i try to draw mine as well as those fan arts are and i can say that i'm pretty good right now. I know it's not very good right now, but when i look back my first works (by the way, i started drawing on my graphic table one year ago) i can say that i've moved foward.
