I used Paint Tool Sai!
It's too simple to use...and it has a great water-tool, that i used for this drawing...
But...of course..it's not Photoshop...but you can do a lot of thing with it! ^^
Between Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai, I prefer the second one! ^^
