This was done so long ago. It was one of my first real photoshop undertakings. Ahh, good times.

The colors may definitely be different, but the soul-searching eyes and the strong attitude are still beautifully evident.

I can understand. I feel the same way about some of my pics. I wish I actually knew more about photoshop because I'm pretty limited in my grasp of its potential.

I have one downloaded and bookmarked, but it still gives me trouble. I can't get the hang of layering, etc. As a result, I get a lot of complaints that my pics are too filtered. But, I love color and try to involve it as much as I can.

Yeah I get complaints too when a photo is too filtered. For example, I have the newspaper series, there's one that I like that is brighter and soft focused, but because of that no one cared for it. I guess the secret is to do everything in moderation.

I still think the secret is to do what "fits" you at the time. If we let the mood we want to image set the pace, we'll be successful a good portion of the time.
