Falling, down to earth I’mCrawling, in this dirt I’ve been
Wandering, while in my head I’m
Pondering a life I never knew.
Weeping, in this bed I’m
Sleeping, through this night I’m
Dreaming, while from our flesh it’s
Seeming to burst right out of view.
Pleading, with this prayer I’m
Seeding, my hopes in you where
Meaning, lost on the way was
Gleaning a flame whose light withdrew.
Waking, I knew this world was
Faking, to comfort me I’m
Shaking, in my heart I’m
Breaking, left alone now too.
Fainting, on the ground I’m
Painting, a canvas black, God...
I’m fading, oh this life
Degrading, death blossomed in scarlet hue.
