Description
An image of a bud on my little Rhododendron at my front door entrance. It lived a rather rough life for many years, in a tiny space squashed between slabs of stone and with very little soil or water. But it persevered, and a small rose started to grow besides it. Now the Rhododendron has finally died, but the rose seems to be thriving in the very same spot. For me it feels like it lived its rather painful life to the end and decided to be reborn as a rose, so in a sense it is still with me. ❤️
