Description The Tiperyn passport (Tipsprek : Typerynesk-Pasreiz) is a passport  issued to citizens and nationals of Tiperyn . It is used for the purpose of intenational travel and grants the holder international passage as regulated by visa requirements. By law, the Tiperyn passport also serves as proof of Tiperyner citizenship or nationality. Passports are issued by the Archsecretariat's Directorate on Missions , which is a federal ministry responsible for conducting diplomatic missions, staffing embassies and consulates, and process passport and visa issues. They include text in TipsprekAnglic  and Ovannois . The Tiperyn passport affords visa-free travel  to most countries member to the North-South Concordant  via bilateral agreements.

The primary difference between a Tiperyn citizen's (left, blue) and national's (right, brownish) passport is the citizen's passport acts as evidence of an unrestricted right to enter and live in Tiperyn which cannot simply be revoked via administrative decision or imperial decree, while a national's passport does not necessarily prove the holder has this right. The privilege to enter and live in Tiperyn on a national's passport is instead governed by the Secretariat on Jurisprudence's Directorate on Immigration, which sets immigration policy and entry requirements. It is also illegal for Tiperyn citizens to be subject to an exit visa  requirement, but Tiperyn nationals may be subject to exit visa requirements on travel from their territory of origin or Tiperyn (excluding when returning to their territory of origin). In the past, certain restrictions have been placed on nationals' passports that did not apply to citizens. For example, during the Great Kesh War , restrictions were placed on the right to leave the Realm Viceroyalty of Nasiria and enter Tiperyn from Nasiria on a Nasiri national's passport at various points throughout the conflict. But, Tiperyn nationals—barring a criminal record—can generally apply for Tiperyn citizenship after physically living in Tiperyn for a year.

As of 2023, nationals of all Tiperyn overseas territories (including Nasiria ) who hold a passport have all the benefits of a citizens passport with regard to international travel and do not require a passport to enter Tiperyn, but must have a form of photo identification issued by their territorial governments.
