C'est un liquide visqueux acheté en pharmacie pour rendre l'eau plus épaisse. C'est bien sûr ajouté intentionnellement.

like - how did you get the shape of the drop,
where was the water dripping from?

The shape is due at random. I added a few glycerin to the water to make it more viscous. The drop falls regularly from a drip that a friend nurse gave me.

I don't know what to answer... For this photo I used a drip that a nurse gave me. The drops fall regularly and they have this shape...
