"Catalyst Tree" Concept art forThis is my 3rd attempt at painting... so I hope it came out okay.
It took me forever and gave me lots of problems (mainly finding a background that would work)... But I learned a lot and that's what matters!!!

its good ...not that great but it has the potential to be great. i like everything about it...the colors youve presented gave it a surreal look...in my opinion you should make the shadows a little darker and focus on more detail...but all that matters is youve improved so much from your practicing..the concepts good...the composition is good...the colors youve chosen is good..the only thing it lacks is the very fine detail that can make this great from the good.. but this is just my opinion though and you dont need to follow it ..everyone has their own style of art and only a few realize it...some artists who havent discovered their style yet become and only become the average artist...i think youve found your style

I agree with you 100%, I really wish to develop my skills with detailed paintings especially landscapes and concept artworks more and will do my very best to improve!

It was a fun piece to create, I learned a lot and I must say it's also quite fun doing artworks based on other people's ideas!
But I really will enjoy creating things forged from my own mind soon!!!
