Sgt. Daniel James Tiger Vofcoakoan (Danier Yamesu Tigris Bophchokoaino) was former military veteran soldier of the Neighborhood of Make Believe and the hero-king of the Neighborhood of Make Believe. She adopted Katerina Kittycat as a sister, along with Miss Elaina, O the Owl and Prince Wednesday after the victory of the Allied Alliance. He was born in PBS Kids City, capital of PBS Kids Country and wrote the national anthem of the Neighborhood of Make Believe to the tune of the National Anthem of Uzbekistan.

It stopped] My fellow Make Believeans, let me start off by thanking Paramount for this idea made by Mr. Matthew Jabez Panugaling Nazario the First of Matthew's World. Hi, neighbors, I am Daniel Tiger. I am the King of the Neighborhood of Make Believe, which is the former province of the pre-occupied PBS Kids Country -- the first kid and the first tiger to ever hold that position -- and a member of the Democratic Royal Party of the Neighborhood of Make Believe. I was born in PBS Kids City and have a birth certificate to prove it. My parents, Mom Tiger and Dad Tiger, both mayors of Westwood City, capital of the Neighborhood of Make Believe, divorced soon after the Soviet occupation here in the Neighborhood of Make Believe just two days during a two-day least-dangerous civil war in the Neighborhood of Make Believe, so they reunite me soon after the victory and invented a family formal sleep, but hey, that did not stop me from attending Westwood City Law School, serving as the King of the Neighborhood of Make Believe, and developing my new weapons for special factions made out of toys to invent special factions and cloned them all to make special factions. I rode into the throne during the 3006 election on a promise of change and hope for a democratic better country at five months after all grownups of the world, including teens and elders, come back, and brought freedom and peace back to the Land of Make Believe, putting the government of the Make Believean SSR in exile in the smallest island of the Neighborhood of Make Believe called "Damova Island" named after the US soldier who have fought in the Toonatopian Civil War, well formerly known as "Vvoovoo Island" named after the Make Believean founder. That name is still named natively by us. I openly support peace and independence and people against gay marriage. Let us fix the Land of Make Believe together!
