I love all of your pictures! Especially the ones of old houses and mansions and their rooms! I really feel like I'm standing in that room! And I feel peace, and yet so much amazement! I absolutely love this piece because it tells me a story of joy and happiness, I can picture what it might have looked like in all it's splendor, but it also tells a story of sorrow and abandonment. The sun shining (I don't know whether it's rising or setting), but never the less is absolutely gorgeous! I can even see outside how things have become overgrown, it really adds to the picture! Absolutely beautiful! Please continue your wonderful art!

The music is over. The guests have left the room. The chandelier is clearly the eye-catching event. In the background there is a second and a third one.

I'm especially in love with the sunlight as it illuminates all the elements shown in the picture. There is a certain orange tint that dresses the photograph. Red and orange are considered 'warm colours' and these warm colours give the picture a good mood. There are no cold colours in the picture that bedim the overall feeling. A blue tint, for example, would not really fit this room as all elements of the room share this certain bronze colour. Now reconsidered, it was shot at the perfect time of day.

The detached bricks on the floor give the ground more depth. The decay is most noticeable when looking at the ceiling and the floor. Also, the aforementioned tint is reflected at the ceiling. Both the ceiling and the floor share the orange tone.

Destroyed are only the objects in the inner area. The windows and walls are still in a good condition. The illustrations on the right indicate this condition as they are well preserved.

As it's an urbex picture, it cannot be original. There are a lot of urban explorers in the world. However, this picture is original in the sense that it gives a 'warm feeling'. This is why I rate it very high. When I looked at different pictures in this category, this one interested me the most because of this certain feeling. It's definitely the sunlight and the tint.

The picture had a good impact on me and I have absolutely no downsides to write about.

I can just imagine those chandeliers coming down with a smash. Ka-bsh! Bit of a shame really. I wonder what those things up the wall are? The up-side-down U shaped things.
