Thank you *very* much for that glimpse into the way you work. (I just love watching people "make" things, be it a carpenter building a cupboard, or, as in your case, an artist drawing a picture 
Nice details in this one. For instance: I love the "chin" part with the hinge, then the way the hand is "pointing" , and i like all the holes, where I (for some reason) imagine lots of birds have made their home.
