We thought the same thing about the BW400CN: somehow it is just too smooth, too artificial. May we suggest Kodak TX400 (the 'new' TriX) or Ilford HP5 Plus? Both ISO400, but very nice looking film, not too grainy.

Yeah I've used TriX a couple of times and mainly use HP5.

This photo looks really different to me than how it looks on flickr, but I'm not sure why...
But anyway, it's a great shot, I really like the closeness and bokeh. A great comp.

That emotion is just soo wow. Personally though I would of liked it if the camera would of rotated to see a bit more of her face. But then again I don't really like strict side profiles, but once again this all comes down to preference. But even without that the mood and DOF is beautiful. Nice job.
