Presented in extra wide tyranno-vision! Yeah so, this is pretty much how every Warhammer game I've seen goes down... an endless argument about rules! At least they look fun to paint
In related news, for any Warhammer players out there, my younger brother is selling his Warhammer Fantasy Bretonnian army on ebay, and focusing on his 40k army. when i joined in it was 5th ed, then it turned to 6th after i lost the hobby, then i got back in and it was the same as me jumping in the first time, it just didnt take as long to learn the rules

Just play the Mantic game with Games Workshop models, it's a lot simpler

I've got a dude at my store that always fights about rules. And if it shows up that hees wrong he just say "They should remove/change that rule.

I guess it is much easier to play in Games Workshop where they have to staff to help out

That said, once the rules are figured out, it gets quite fun.

This is oddly enough how I remember my WH40k games, and the reason I stopped playing when they announced 5th Ed. Bye bye 4th, we hardly knew ye...
I now focus entirely on WHFB instead

I paint and play and only argue just to prove that they are wrong... now if you want more realistic rules which seem uber complex to 40k then go for necromunda!

Honestly myself I've never even played warhammer and yet I know exactly what you mean cause it is the same with every type of game that is even remotely like warhamer, you start the game get going into it and the first type of battle scenario you come to, everyone explodes into you can't do that yet or you can only do that like this or like that and something of the like and then comes the near endless debate about the game rules....I'll leave it at that before I open mouth and insert foot lol
