Description
This chap has some video game roots in his design, obviously. It's that old Metal Gear! With a bit of a Battletech refit. Mainly armed with Thumper and Thunderbolts, it'll likely be quite good at stomping the Draconis Combine! *get it? Snakes! snicker snicker! i know it's bad....Wacom and PS over sktch

A weapon to surpass Metal Gear? Yes, yes it is.

The battletech Thumper is essentially an artillery canon, not normally used as a direct fire weapon.
The thunderbolt missile launcher fires a single large missile to deal it's damage, as opposed to most battletech missile launchers, which tend to fire volleys of 5-40 missiles.

Now if you'd only have drawn it with a Inner Sphere Standard BA underneath one foot.....
Also, if I might offer a slightly alternative loadout than using a Thumper?
85 tons, 4/6/0 move XL reactor, CASE, Small Cockpit, No Lower Arm or Hand Actuators, 1x Gauss Rifle (2 tons ammo), 1x ERLL, 1x Thunderbolt-20 (2 tons ammo), 2x MML-3 (2 tons ammo), 2x Magshot (1 ton ammo), 1x ERML
13 tons of armor (79% of max) & 10 DHS.
Although, yeah, it does lose out on launching nuclear rounds (*cue the Nuclear Urbie jokes here*), it does gain the ability to bring the pain directly.

Who cares about bad jokes when the art is THIS GOOD? I've always thought about what this Metal Gear jibbidy would look like as a more BTech-ish 'Mech...add mind reading to your list of skills. FANTABULOUS as always.

well we have official (but not stated out) mention of Nuclear thumper shells used by the Regulan T-IT-N14R Grand Titan Vengeance. (which saw a lot of use giving the Wobbies a taste of their own medicine)
