Pretty sure these are three HAG 30s or 40s, judging by Matt's Onager art.

Shootist is an IS design (Steiner design even, you should know that!).
If those are actually Gauss weapons, then it can only be Magshots.
Given the sheer number of them on the machine (12 is i counted correctly) thise would mean a damage output of 24, not much.
Maybe either a Shootist that was modified by Clan techs to fit clan standards or by IS techs with captured Clan weapons.

It's pretty obvious that Matt didn't actually mean "Shootist" but a super heavy mech that has the role of a direct damage dealer.
