Finished commission for of her uber cute Raichu girl, Rika! >w< I finished it much earlier today, but I couldn't sleep, so I figured I'd post it. ;w;The browns and yellows are meant to be a bit lighter, but my markers weren't the right colours.

Thanks. ^^ And yeah it does. We actually looked at all the different blue gemstones and I was stuck between blue tourmaline and sapphire. I chose blue tourmaline though 'cause it "glows" more than sapphire does, and that's what I wanted. ^^
