Oh, Sasuke... I don't believe that for one minute. Itachi will find out whether she tells him or YOU tell him. Because let's face it - he has a right to know about his kid.
I think it would be hilarious if either Sakura or Ino was the one to spill the beans - because then Sasuke could honestly say, "I didn't tell him anything!"

1. The "correct" version of what a Konoha shinobi would do in a given situation is given by an experienced character.
2. An alternate but less drastic solution is given by another Konoha or allied village shinobi.
3. Naruto does whatever he wanted to do anyway, or just wings it with a gut hunch. The "most unpredictable knucklehead ninja" mode produces unexpected results!
