Quite frankly, the third panel looks like it came straight from the anime. It reminds me of the scene from that filler episode, where Naruto was hanging upside down from the ceiling and was face-to-face next to Hinata.
Also, gotta love seeing Hinata enjoying Naruto's pervy-self and playing along.
