Here's what you do... find a giant malevolent embodiment of evil and chakra and jam it into your own body via powerful seal (I recommend at least 8 points), then call your doctor in the morning... if your not dead or mentally unstable.

did you use the info from my last comment? because i don't get a thing of what tsunade said in the last panel X.X (i learned biology in dutch, so this is kind of hard to understand... speaking of biology, i've got an important test of it tomorrow!!

Your comment inspired me to write a solution.
Basically, I'm using science fiction. As you said, the cells deteriorate, so I had to come up with a solution, and what i came up with was... heal the cells themselves; by doing, what could be considered an organ transplant, but with cells, and merging them and then using energy to rejuvenate them, to create newer (re-charged you could say) cells.
Like I said, it's science fiction. But this is just a story.

i don't know why but i think that second though Tsunade had is the most possible and i don't think Naruto did that himself i think some one did that for him, but that's just me
