Well I'm guessing it's not his horrible skin condition that has him looking like he's screaming in pain. He must've dripped some hot sauce into that lip piercing of his.

thanx, i thought it may be "too dark" but while playing with the levels and curves, i decided it would not have the same effect if it was lighter.
