That was on my old computer.  I tested this on my new computer when I got it in 2016 and I was able to do it in 48min on the new machine.

Nice work!

Wow!
The thing tha impressed me much of this wonderful masterpiece of 3D Art is the dynamism.
This is a Live Image.
I can feel the movement and the life of the scene.
It's a thing that I hardly find in such type of art.

And, moreover, I love cute girls wearing a classic "tights, pleated skirt, shirt, necktie" College Uniform!😃
Especially if they are barefeet or are just wearing a pair of ballet flats 😉😅

You're right!
Have you ever tried to draw a girl wearing a short quipao and a pair of pantyhose?
Another amazing sweet and lovely outfit is the one formed by maxi/oversized sweaters and tights/loose socks or legwarmers.
In my opinion they are very sexy and feminine combinations.
Not mentioning men's shirts used as girl's dress!

Have a nice day and keep drawing your lovely girls!

I dont actually draw anything, its all rendered in 3D software so it is all dependant on available models and such.

Some nice ideas though

This is great work. I love the "mini-scenes" going on, but with perfect depth of field usage you have kept the focus on the main girl. Awesome!

I would also like to thank you for listing the content you use to create your art. I know I have purchased several items because of what I have seen in your lists. The other Daz community artists should be grateful to you for the extra time you put in. I see you have started adding G3F poses to your store. I will be keeping my eye on them.

Take care, and have an awesome upcoming birthday!

Thank you very much for your very kind words!!!

And you're welcome for listing content.  I do like crediting/honoring other artists whos content I have used.  Especially since its not always noticeable.

I only have the 5 sets of G3F poses as I stopped making poses altogether at the end of October last year.

And thank you again for the birthday wishes.

There's so many things done well here that it's hard to know where to start.  First off: top-notch scene.  This feels like you have captured a real moment.  All of the movement and activity fit perfectly with what you might expect to find in such a setting.  In particular, the circle of girls huddled around the cell phone seems completely natural.

Secondly: Thank you so much for taking the time to credit the 3D content you used and for commenting about your process.  It's a time-consuming step but one that I deeply appreciate.  A few of my purchases have been the direct result of seeing the content in another piece of art.

Other thoughts: The canted camera angle and the depth of field are used to great effect.  Great application of photography techniques.  18 figures in one scene - massive!  Even with building each one separately, I imagine assembling that final scene still had to bog things down a bit.  I love the variety of outfits, hair, poses, and expressions.  If I had to find any fault, I would wonder who stole all their shoes?  Perhaps they aren't allowed to wear them in the hall?  In any case, this is easily forgivable.

Bravo!

As for shoes, I noticed that since I started using G2F, I hardly ever use footwear.

Another exquisite piece. Timnass'' suggestion elsewhere (on "The Posse" for a slumber party is a nice one. And surely the school must have a cheerleading squad. I don't care if they have any sports or not, but they should have cheerleaders.

Very impressive and thanks for sharing how you did it.  I really like how you got the girl in front to "pop" out.  Really excellent careful choice of background figures along with the blur!
This is an issue many of us juggle with- how to make a figure prominent but not get lost in a the background, but still having a "real" background.

Again, thanks for sharing, and nice job!

mattymanx In reply to Vazarush [2016-03-05 23:30:31 +0000 UTC]

You're welcome!

I ended up moving a few people a bit after they were all loaded in together.  Another reason to set up each figure as thier own scene is it makes it easier to just work on that one.  Dressed everyone and morphed them first before I loaded in the stripped down copy of the set wiht the lighting to postition them.  Also had a few of the other girls in there for reference but they two were stripped of everythign including their skin textures.  Made it much easier to visualize it all while I set it up.

DOF is a wonderful tool and very useful for drawing attention to one particular area or person.  If it helps, you can look at this DOF photography tutorial here - www.photoaxe.com/depth-of-fiel… - You will be able to do the exact same effects in DS except that you will NOT be limited to the physics of a lens so its less limiting in DS

Sir could you please allow this site to be sent in Notes. I have many Friends who are fascinated with my attendance of School overseas, and as yet this is the very best representation I have yet seen of that experience
If you look behind the Girl in the Foreground you see the Blonde? She may as well be me.
The Uniforms are also Most Descriptive and accurate.
