It's always funny when Bullwinkle's cross dressing. He dressed as an old lady, Little Bo Peep, and even wore a tutu. But just imagine him wearing either sexy ladies' lingerie or a sailor fuku.
I kinda toyed around with the pencil settings to make it look more... I dunno. I was inspired by the Yoshi's Island artwork, that's about all I can say.

Speaking of which, I had an AU in which the cast of Rocky & Bullwinkle (including Peabody, Dudley) were literally idols. Similar to Aikastu or Girls' Generation, google them if you want to get an idea on what the AU would be.Β

I keep laughing on ALL disguises these wear in the series. I lost counting, but the most time someone dressed as woman was Boris. (liek wut)

Ah, I do remember one time in the Buried Treasure arc when Boris dressed as a lady moose.
And funnier yet is when Bullwinkle was totally attracted to his disguise.

I totally agree with her.
the lady moose was....well.....I....I was speechless for a few minutes, in addition to this, they gave him a really stupid hungarian name I was totally
and yes, this is the point!!! 
mainly in season five, suddenly Bullwinkle turns into a womanizer, there are the people of Fearless Leader's football team (wossamotta u) dressed as girls, and he wants to date with one of them. and in the beginning of the episode with Natasha ._.
