I liked the episode, and it was weird at the end when that one clone trooper said that Anakin and Obi-Wan were only gone for a moment, but it looked like they were gone for days.

Hi, ummmm im confused on something. I like the clone wars but if Qui Gon return in the Jedi spirit form in the clone wars and Obi-Wan saw him, why did Obi-Wan act all suprised in EP. III

That's been a topic of debate amongst us SW:CW fans for a while. It could be that, after seeing the deceptive tactics of the Father and the Brother, and upon hearing Anakain relate his experience of seeing a vision of his mother, that Obi-wan assumed that Qui Gon was a trick by one of the three or that he was a manisfestation of his inner worries. Afterall, Ashoka's older self seemed to stem from her subconcious worries about her master's behavior.
We also don't know how much the trio remembers from their trip. I guess we'll just have to wait for the special features of the Season 3 DVD.

The episodes are on starwars.com the following week after it airs on TV. The Qui-Gon episode is now up, it's called "Overlords".

I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy to hear that they were able to get Liam Neeson to reprise his role as Qui-Gon instead of some cheap knockoff.

Sure looks that way. It remains to be seen if we will actually see Maul in this season aside from the end of last night's episode, but I sure hope so. If not, just the fact that Liam Neeson returns to voice Qui-Gon is enough to tide me over until we do see him.
