Hi, I am Vitreous. I am a reviewer on Youtube for My Little Pony and am doing a Fan Art Spotlight. Been doing these for almost two years now and they seem to do farely well… as this is going to be for a New Year’s Special I am deciding on Dr. Hooves. And I was wondering If I Could spotlight this pic. I am planning this episode for December 29th 2016. Brilliant quality, 'n stuff.
The only DW-Accurate things are the converse sneakers and the hair-style.
The shirt is correct, but the color is overall wrong (Light blue, not white)
There is no trench-coat, nor a blue, or brown suit.
Now yeah, I get it. It's supposed to be based off Time Turner, not David Tennant. But still, tiny bit of Who-reference would do the trick.

I love how he uses a tie like a belt and that's supposed to be the tail. It would be a FANTASTIC new clothing trademark for a future Doctor!

Ni uno, ni otro, él es un viajero del tiempo (del programa "Doctor Who") que accidentalmente llega a Equestria y tiene una foto de Derpy porque esta la acompaña en sus aventuras para salvar a los ponis de problemas interestelares, además Derpy esta enamorada de él

Very good drawing. Is identical to the Tenth Doctor , Doctor Who ( If I had 14-15 Years course) . Although it is said that his name is Time Turner , the creators of the series have not decided at all, has several names like : Doctor Hooves , Clockword Doctor , Doctor Hoof and as is the title of your drawing Doctor Whooves .
Not to bother, but it would be awesome if you made a small mention of the series ( Doctor Who ), an example would be this : " Only if he felt something"
Doctor: Derpy , I would like to see the majesty of the universe , or travel back / forward and see how everything changes around and be right there in human history .
Derpy : That would be amazing, but I 'd take you.
Doctor: Since coming to London , you were the only friend who understood me and knew how it was from the beginning and feel feelings for you did not feel for any girl , of course I 'd take you where it was and this would be our vehicle -El shows him a photo of a police box from the 60s - the TARDIS name .
Derpy : It is very beautiful .

Doctor: First I was trapped in a world of ponies , but my memories are vague and somewhat confused about this world , as if my mind warned me that step wrong and now I'm in this world until the TARDIS is updated, who knows how will that .
Derpy : Even with how bad you there last , I'm happy you're next to me in that it gives a kiss on the cheek, causing her to blush .
Doctor: eereee , and my class started , be late - the Doctor runs off, but Derpy notice your face is red as a tomato .
Derpy : Now what you feel for me and I am very happy.
Well that would be my two scenarios for a small Cameo / Crossover of Doctor Who , if you're interested .

Muy bueno el dibujo. Es idéntico al décimo Doctor, de Doctor Who (Si tuviera 14-15 años claro esta). Aunque se dice que su nombre es Time Turner, los creadores de la serie no se han decidido del todo, tiene varios nombres como: Doctor Hooves, Doctor Clockword, Doctor Hoof y como esta el titulo de tu dibujo Doctor Whooves.
No es por molestar, pero seria increíble si hicieras una pequeña mención de la serie (Doctor Who), un ejemplo seria así: "Solo si él sintiera algo"
Doctor: Derpy, me gustaría ver la majestuosidad de todo el universo, viajar al pasado o/y al futuro ver como todo alrededor cambia y estar allí mismo en la historia humana.
Derpy: Eso seria asombroso, pero, me llevarías contigo.
Doctor: Desde que vine de Londres, fuisteis la única amiga que me entendió y supo como era desde el principio y siento sentimientos por ti que no sentí por ninguna chica, claro que te llevaría a donde fuera y este seria nuestro vehículo -El le muestra una foto de una cabina de policía de los años 60- La llamo TARDIS.
Derpy: Es muy bella.

Doctor: Primero estuve atrapado en un mundo de ponies, aunque mis recuerdos son vagos y algo confusos sobre ese mundo, como si mi mente me advirtiera de que paso algo malo y ahora estoy en este mundo hasta que la TARDIS se actualice, quien sabe cuanto tardara eso.
Derpy: Aun con lo malo que te allá pasado, estoy feliz que estés a mi lado- en eso le da un beso en la mejilla, causando que se sonroje-.
Doctor: eereee, ya mi clase comenzó, llegare tarde - el Doctor sale corriendo, pero Derpy nota que su cara está roja como un tomate-.
Derpy: Ahora se lo que sientes por mi y estoy muy feliz.
Bueno ese seria mis dos escenarios para un pequeño Cameo/Crossover de Doctor Who, si te interesa y para los lectores en ingles dejare mi idea en otro comentario, porque si sigo escribiendo sera el comentario mas largo jamas hecho.
