I imagine this doesn't even happen on purpose. Ippo just talking about how he's nervous around Kumi and Takamura prying until he ends up angry and surprised that Ippo never actually kissed anyone ever before. Then as the good example he is he decides to teach Ippo how a real man kisses a woman but while doing roadwork it's difficult to figure out how far off someone is thus he turns in pride exclaims"This is how a real man kisses a woman!" Grabs Ippo by the face, Ippo's still moving they connect and just O_O

3 seconds after this snapshot Ippo's on the ground KO'ed Takamura is raving on about his he shouldn't step the heck in and Kimura and Aoki are on the floor laughing their asses off. Finally something they can pester Takamura with.
