Look at me.

A brand new way.
So full,

My darling son,

For teaching me

Of Wings and Willows

I calm these thoughts and clear my mind
another day has passed behind
so much good has come this day
there isnt much that I can say

I was feeling broken blue
I saw so much I couldn't do
I closed my eyes, afraid of bliss
My fate was sealed... without a kiss

You need not believe just me, my friend
others may have seen this end
but that's not why we're here today
that's not the game I wish to play

This aura is ecclectic blue
emblazed with power, given new
empowered creativity
the joy that is a gift to me

So many words and pictures too
I'm amazed at what they all can do
expressing laughter, venting pain
reality will drive me sane

Problems with my words and phrases
frustration in my silent dazes
images, they stare from these blank pages
whispered words from wise old sages

A dance within these ancient lands
A twisting fate now holds my hand
A new life's breath, a subtle breeze
entraps my heart within these trees

The place, my passion. This dream, alive
It doesnt have the will to die
I dance within these waking dreams
For I have made them all they seem

This journey's grand, the road so long
But listen to that soothing song
It's all become so clear to me
And now I paint... reality
