Background

Cecy grew up in Mexico city where life for her was quite hard. Due to losing her parents at a young age and having no immediate family to take her in, cecy moved into foster care. As a child she was very rowdy and rebellious which led to her getting kicked out of many foster homes. Once she finished school, Cecy went on her own to forge her own life. Sadly she couldn't find much work so she often worked as a stripper. She made decent money and managed to get a small apartment. Despite her situation, cecy relished the freedom, partying and doing what she wanted. However that didn’t mean things were easy as she often had to struggle to make ends meet. Then one day she was approached by a representative of Siren. She told Cecy that they were interested in recruiting her for her experience on the streets and her seduction skills. The offer was very enticing for Cecy so she accepted. She was trained at the Mexico city Siren HQ where she learned many skills such as hand to hand combat, weapons training, espionage and many more skills. She was quite the spy and markswoman. Soon she was transferred to London HQ where she was assigned to havoc squad as their recon specialist. Cecy enjoyed the benefits and camaraderie of the organization. However she wasn’t thrilled with some of the missions as they often had some murky elements to them. Still she didn’t leave as she didn’t want to go back to struggling for life. What she didn’t know was that her life was gonna take a lot of crazy turns.

Personality
Cecy is a pretty laid back, confident woman. She likes to take it easy and have fun. If you want to have a good time at a club or party, cecy is your girl. Cecy is quite the seductress, able to get men to do what she wants easily. She loves the benefits of Siren so you’ll often find her buying the best clothes, jewelry and other luxury items. While she can be a little greedy. Cecy does care about others. She sympathizes with people who have hard lives and does what she can to help them. Plus she really cares about her fellow operatives as she sees them as her real family. Cecy fears going back to her old life as she sees it as the ultimate defeat and confirmation of her worst fear. That she is nothing. Cecy can also get overconfident in her abilities which has gotten her in trouble. Cecy is quite the woman and should not be underestimated as there is a lot more to her than what's on the surface.
