Background:

There were two things Cole loved growing up. They were archery and computer programing. Due to living on a farm in Iowa, He only had so much time to practice archery and his computer skills . So he used his free time to the fullest. Life on the farm was pretty simple for Cole. However this did not last as when he was just 17, Colewas kidnapped by a group of aliens known as the Zux. he was one of many kids taken for experimentation. They wanted to create superpowered warriors to aid in their invasion of earth. Due to these experiments, cole received the power of teleportation. Thanks to this power, he managed to escape confinement and stage a massive prison revolt. Soon the champions of freedom came to the rescue and arrested the zux. Due to the horrific experience, Cole was taken to Union City for theory and recuperation. The experience left him lost and angry about what happened. He didn’t know what to do in order to move on. He got a job at a local software firm and continued to master his abilities. Then one day he saw a group of thugs trying to kidnap a couple of girls. Using his powers, he managed to save the girls and bring the men to justice. This experience gave him the inspiration for a new path in life. He would be the hero who would save people from sharing the fate he went through. Using archery skills and teleporting powers, he would fight crime as the hero Portshot!

Personality:
Cole is known to be pretty dour and cynical. Due to what he experienced, he has a hard time opening up and trusting people. Cole often makes sarcastic comments that piss people off. You’ll often find him brooding alone in his room or some area. However beneath all this is a good man who wants to help others. He does do what he can to protect civilians and prevent others from experiencing horrors like he did. Cole also does try to empathize with others though his attitude doesn’t always help. His interactions with others help him learn to get out of his shell and mofe past his pain.

Powers and abilities

Teloprotation: As a result of the experiments, Cole has the ability to teleport. .If he can see it, he can teleport to it. He can teleport up to 35 feet away from his original position. He has to see where he’s teleporting to in order to use his power

Weakness:
The more Cole uses his powers, the more he tires himself out. This means his teleporting distance shortens. Plus he is still a normal man so conventional weapons can hurt or kill him.
