Eyes AND neck tatoos. We were just trying out stuff. She was never the dedicated "Zero" cosplayer in our group.
It is quite unlikely that we'll ever do another VK photoshoot. Most will now suffer from nausea by just thinking of wearing a VK costume AGAIN...
About the eyes, I very rarely photoshop anything concerning the costume, whether it is the actual clothing or make-up. Unless there is something hideously aggravating, severe wardrobe malfunction or any other stuff, I usually leave the costume and the cosplayer as is. I do not remove warts or scars. I do not erase lint or creases. I do not resow or iron the clothing. I do not recolour or retouch designs. I put myself a barrier on how I should contribute to the costumes.
However, I DO allow myself to change the settings and decor, since the cosplayers cannot change that and rarely control it.
So in this case, by principle, I wouldn't touch her eyes. Besides, this was simply a "test" shot, not a seriously thought-out shot.

Woah, just keeping it natural I guess... But their is nothing wrong with a little PS. After all, VK is supernatural.
I get the point, but this is already a wonderful shot. Just a little editing and it be perfect.

i dont dislike it one bit, i jsut cosplayed a lot of VK in two years.....
i started to liek the serie before it became now, i have no moreinspiration for it....

We have nothing against VK. We just did A LOT! LOTS and LOTS! AD NAUSEUM!! I personally did 3-4 photoshoots with VK themes in 2009, and the (same) cosplayers were getting fed up.
And don't get me wrong, I also photoshop a lot. I can put an overlay from a game ( [link] ), change the background ( [link] ), or even enhance accessories ( [link] , the wrench was flimsy cardboard).
Besides, it's no big deal for this photo, it was just a trial after the photoshoot. I took a lot of Zero's with no red contacts anyway, so I would have ended up retouching a lot of photos... meh...
